The RMV Passenger Advisory Board

The Passenger Advisory Board is a panel representing customers which is firmly anchored in RMV’s organisational structure.

It takes part in RMV projects at the conceptual stage. RMV benefits from the heterogeneous composition of the Advisory Board, the high level of technical knowledge of its members and the practical view from the customer’s own experience. The Passenger Advisory Board at RMV makes a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of the bus and rail services provided, as well as improving customer service and influencing the action taken by RMV through constructive criticism based on the reality. RMV’s panel of customers deals exclusively with issues of regional significance. Issues at the local level are handled by expert passenger advisory boards organised by the local passenger transport organisations.

The RMV Passenger Advisory Board does not serve as a customer complaints body; RMV has its own direct channels of communication for this purpose.
