Frankfurt and the region are well-connected at night. The night busses in Frankfurt operate every night from Friday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday or even U-Bahn (metros), S-Bahn (city trains) and local trains run before public holidays.

Thus, there are offers not only for night owls, but also for persons who come to or go from work at night.

Additional connections to the following routes are available from the Frankfurt Central Station at night from Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday:

  • Line U8: every half an hour between South Station, Hauptwache and Heddernheim.

Both the lines intersect at Willy-Brandt-Platz so that all the three important night service stations are interconnected (Central Station, South Station and Konstablerwache).

The RMV-10-Minute-Guarantee is valid for the whole offer on night buses. This means that customers who travel in the night bus and who arrive at their destination with more than a ten-minute delay can claim the guarantee and can get a refund of their fare. The drivers can also provide a special service by calling a taxi for the passengers to the stop, if requested. Passengers can get off the bus between two stops where appropriate and safe.
