The RMV dialogue team at a glance

When does my next train leave? What does a day ticket from Oberursel to Mainz cost? And where can I get the chip-card for the RheinMain eTicket? The four-strong RMV dialogue team deals with questions like these and other on a daily basis.

The dialogue team is composed of: Sarah, Dörte, Christoph and Marco. Girded with a lot of technical know-how around digital communication and public transport, we are at your disposal with advice and tips - Monday to Friday from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. as well as Saturdays, Sundays and also on holidays from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on Facebook (/RMVdialog) and Twitter (@RMVdialog) every time you need it.

Here’s what we do

In addition to all the questions and suggestions, we always bring your way the latest public transport news. Whether it's a new offer or a fabulous event - we always keep you up to date.

We come from different parts of the RMV area and travel by public transport on a daily basis. That is how we can understand the problems, concerns and wishes of the passengers. Together we bring with us the expertise from the various fields of online marketing, content marketing and community management. The intriguing blend of social media, communication and multi-faceted public transport is the core of our shared passion. This is where we best know our way around, this is where we feel at home.

We like fair and constructive discussions and we hope that everyone who contacts us via Facebook and Twitter will do the same. We are always open to both positive and negative criticism. We will be pleased to assist you where relevant and to the extent that it is within the scope of our possibilities. With this in mind, we look forward to a lively interaction with you.
