Only for holders of personalised annual tickets (adult fare): refund of taxi costs or long-distance tickets if there are delays in regional transport.

Passengers are entitled to compensation or a refund of the ticket price if there are delays for example if a train is cancelled. In certain circumstances, a refund may also be given for the use of alternative transport with a long-distance train or taxi.
