  • Persons with reduced mobility can access suitable connections for barrier-free journeys in the individual journey planner.

  • Use the specific information for barrier-free journeys (Only in German). The system will find suitable travel routes for large parts of the RMV area using the predefined profiles for different groups of people under “Options for barrier-free travel” or after you enter your individual requirements.

    Additional information is available from staff at RMV mobility centres and on the RMV service phone line.

    In Frankfurt, you can also use the passenger assistance service, and a mobile stair climber for wheelchair users is available at some underground stations.

  • Information is available under "Stations and stops". Depending on your entries, the  "Individual information for barrier-free journeys" also takes ramps, escalators and lifts into account when searching for connections.

  • Passengers with electric scooters can travel on RMV provided that there is no impairment to passenger safety.
