  • Yes, but only under certain conditions. This also applies to expenses for taxi journeys. You will find more information here: Guarantees and passenger rights. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process refunds or claims for compensation that fall outside the scope of these customer guarantees in accordance with our Common Conditions of Carriage.

  • We don’t have a central lost property office. That is why we ask that you please contact the transport company with which you travelled, see: Your local contact  Your local contact .

    If you do not know the name of the transport company with which you travelled, please call the RMV service phone line on 069 / 24 24 80 24 and a representative would be happy to help you. Please note: this service is available around the clock.
