From Wednesday, October 15, to Sunday, October 19, Frankfurt will be the world capital of ideas for all book lovers and book creators for the 77th time. New material for bookworms, readings, discussions with authors and their questions to society, as well as the guest country, the Philippines, promise fresh inspiration for all tastes.

The easiest way to get to the exhibition center is by bus or train in Frankfurt's dense public transport network.

 

Experience new products, trends and authors

On the trade visitor days from October 15 to 17, professionals can look forward to numerous B2B offers, networking opportunities, and specialist events. As a general visitor, you can expect exciting readings and live events with international bestselling authors and TV stars. Public days are Friday, October 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Sunday, October 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This year's Guest of Honor at the Frankfurt Book Fair is the Philippines, which will showcase its diverse range of literature, art, and culture. Further information is available at www.buchmesse.de/en.

By bus and train directly to the fair

The most convenient way to get to the book fair is by bus and train. The RMV timetable information provides the fastest, direct connection. The "Messe" stop is served by S-Bahn trains and buses, while the "Festhalle/Messe" stop is served by U-Bahn trains, trams, and buses.

Note: Please also note that the Offenbach City Tunnel will be closed during the book fair.
