Premature cancellation possible

Yes, cancellation is possible until the end of a 12-month period without limitation, if the cancellation is done no later than the 10th of the respective month.

In case of cancellation during a twelve-month period, double the amount of a monthly instalment will be charged per usage month. The monthly instalment will not be doubled if the subscription has been in existence for at least one year.

Reimbursement by school transport funding agencies
